The products can be divided to two kinds: pure glass FRP pipe and sand inclusion glass FRP pipe. The main difference of these two FRP is: the structure of the former FRP is fibre twining solid glass fibre reinforced plastic; the latter FRP use continuous fibre twining and sand adding technology to be formed, in the middle of pipe wall are resin layer to increase the thickness of pipe wall, and increase rigidity and enhance anti-loading ability.

Excellent Performance
1. Has excellent physical properties, with lightweight and strong power. The gravity of FRP pipe is 1.8-2.1, about 1/4 of the steel. The weight of reciprocating cross-twining FRP pipe is not exceeding 1/3 of the steel pipe with same specifications. So it has an excellent physical mechanics property. Besides, the thermo expansion coefficient of this kind of pipe are nearly the same with that of steel pipe, but thermo conduction coefficient is only 0.5 percent of that of the steel, is a perfect insulator of heat and power. The FRP pipe will not be cracked by the cold under cold medium.
2. FRP pipe can resist chemical corrosion, has a long life and can convey many different mediums like acid, alkali, salt and organic solvent. You can select different corrosion-resisting pipe according to the medium.
3. A perfect hydraulic property. The hydraulic property is one of the important characteristics of reciprocating cross-twining FRP pipe. Which means that under a certain flow, the liquid has a low pressure head loss, so you can select FRP pipe with smaller diameter or conveying pump with low power.
