Description of Quality Guarantee System      Yongchang - Sekisui Composites Co., Ltd. has passed the ISO9001:2000 quality system certificate in Feb. 2002, the quality standard run through the whole management system of the company, thus guarantee the quality of products.     Our quality policy, objective and promise are as follows:     Quality policy: quality first, service first, consumers' sovereignty, success by famous brand products     Quality objective: products up to standard ≥９５％,up to standard rate of ex-factory products is １００％,rate of waste products is 0. Quality promise: we strictly implement the policy of quality, guarantee the products up to the professional standard, and provide technical support and service in time.     The raw materials of composite pipes made by our company are purchased according to purchasing control procedure and access process of sub-contractor. The resources of materials come from the sub-contractors who are up to standard. The products be put in storage are arranged by professional quality testing personnel and quality testing center. The certificate of quality of raw materials of composite pipe will be given by the factory, then the data of test report will be re-examined by quality control center. In condition that the materials are up to standard, the workshop could take it. So only the materials up to standard can go into the workshop.     The production process of composite pipe will be strictly controlled. The workshop has professional quality testing staffs, and they implement three times testing system, every working procedure must be examined. Handle with the products that are not up to standard in time, according to the rules of ISO9001:2000, a complete system to assess management has been established. With advanced automatic equipment, the quality of products is stable.
