1. Water diversion project in Xinjiang
that divert the water of Irytsh River
to Urumqi city
The owner of this project is Xinjiang
Irytsh River Valley Developing Engineering
Construction Administration Bureau.
The project is to construct water supply
pipeline from Dingshan to Sangequan,
and lasted from Aug. 25th, 2001 to May
31st, 2002. The total length of pipeline
is 150km with DN400 glass fiber reinforced
plastic pipe. The working pressure is
0.6-1.6 MPA, and stiffness is SN5000.
2. Water supply project of Korla Running
Water pipeline
The owner of this project is Korla Running
Water Company, the total investment
of this project is 71.596 million U.S.¡ç,
and the annual water supply is 63.5
million cubic meters. The construction
has lasted for three years (from November
1999 to November 2001). The construction
site is located at Bayangol Mongol Autonomous
Prefecture of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous
Region, from No. 2 division 21 of Xinjiang
Construction Corps, via 7 counties,
across tunnel of Aktage Mountain and
then gets to Korla city. The water pipeline¡¯s
diameter is DN1000mm, DN1100mm and DN1200mm
respectively, with a total length of
42.97¡Á2 kilometers. It has been successfully
accomplished by our company and well
accepted by the consumers.
3. Project of Emission, River Damming
and pipe jacking of Guangzhou Pearl
River, the buried depth is 9m, pipes¡¯
diameter are DN2270mm and DN2500mm,
total length of the pipeline is 5407m,
we have achieved three ¡°NO. 1¡± in china
for the success of this pipe jacking
project.
1) The First time to adopt GRP jacking
pipes on construction with the construction
method of mud-water balance.
2) The diameter of the GRP jacking pipe
is ¡°NO. 1¡± in china under the geological
conditions of high water level, low
load capacity in south china.
3) The length of jacking continuously
in one time for GRP jacking pipes in
single gallery is ¡°NO.1¡± in China.
4.GRP Jacking pipe Project of XiaShan Sewage farm in Zhanjiang
We have signed the contract with the Zhanjiang Civicism-Gardens Bureau through the open
bid
in Nov.2004.The total length of GRP Jacking pipes is 7.375Km,the total cost of the project is 3.888 million U.S.¡ç,pipes'specifications are DN1200mm,DN1400mm,DN1600mm,
DN1800mm,DN2200mm.
5.Ecology Water Diversion Project of Tarim Desert Highway
Shelter-forest
The project is in the charge of PetroChina Company Limited Tarim Branch Company.The total invest of the project is 26.403 million U.S.¡ç.In the project, the 114 water source wells are all used GRP well pipe,the depth of the well pipe is from 10m to 16m.The constraction started at Sep.2003,completed at Mar.2004.
6. Water supply project of No.4 Water
Purification Plant of Karamay city
The total length of pipeline is 13.5km,
be used to transport clean drinking
water, the specifications of the pipe:
DN1000x06Mpa, DN600X2.0Mpa, DN250X1.0Mpa. 7. Water Diversion Project of Tarim
Petroleum Command
The total length of pipeline is 19.97
km, be used to transport clean water,
pressure is 1.6Mpa, the grade of pipe
diameter is as follows: DN350mm, DN400mm,
DN600mm, DN700mm and DN1000mm.
8. Oil conveying pipeline project of
Pakistan military airport
The contract of this project has been
signed in Jan.1999.The length of pipeline is 9500 meters
with DN150mm.Our company installed
it, and the test run was successful
without second trial.
9.Chemu river reservoir water diversion
project of Anning city, Yunnan province
The contract of this project has been
signed with Anning Running Water Company
through participation of open bid; the
total cost is 4.868 million U.S.¡ç, the
diameter of the pipeline is DN900 (0.6Mpa¡ª1.4MPa);
the total length of pipeline is 36.5Km.
10. The water supply project of Turkmenistan
This project¡¯s contract has been signed
in June, 2003, the total length of this
project is 300 Km, pipes¡¯ specifications
are DN150-DN200mm, our company was responsible
for guiding installation, and we have
achieved success in testing pressure
for all pipes in one time, the client
comment is very positive for this project.
In 2004, we have signed the next part
of this project, total length of the
next part is 300 Km.
11. 14th Division of Corps agricultural
irrigation project in an area of 300,000
acre.
We have signed the contract with the
Construction Administration Bureau of
14th Division of corps through the open
bid. We have finished the installation
and accomplished pressure-testing of
the first period of this project for
the agricultural development in an area
of 300,000 acre of the Division of Corps.
Our company will continue to participate
in the second period of this project.
12. The water supply extension project
of Urumqi Water Supply Company
The purpose of this extension project
is to relieving the pressure of using
water of the city .The diameter of pipes
for this project is large, arranging
from DN1000-DN1800mm. The total length
of this project is 20 Km.
